Student Enrichment

Clubs

Cocurricular clubs are an important part of the WPGA experience. Pursuing interests and passions, building a range of skillsets, and connecting with peers in fun, friendly competition or purely recreational environments are additional enriched elements of a balanced and rewarding education.

WPGA offers over 60 clubs in the Junior School and Senior School. From creative pursuits such as Indian dance, gymnastics, ukelele and choir to curricular-related programs such as debate, Model UN, science, Spanish, coding, and jazz band, there is truly a club for everyone! The Senior School also offers an advanced First Responders program, which prepares students for postsecondary education and training in a medical or health-related field.

Since 1996, West Point Grey Academy has gratefully resided on the Jericho Lands, the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam Indian Band), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Nation and sə̓lílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nation. Honoured to learn and play on these beautiful lands, we endeavour to be a leader in Indigenous education. In creating shared understanding and opportunities, we hope to help foster a more equitable society for all.
